Journaling Inspiration

R3 Introspection prompts are themed topics that challenge your thoughts and bring awareness on the topic throughout the month.

Taking time to reset or reflect is key to self-care. This could be taking a nice herbal bath, listening to an audiobook, or journaling. I like to take a moment to gather my thoughts down on paper. It could be about a specific mood, what happened that week or a moment of self-reflection. Whether starting with an affirmation or a prompt, it's a great way to get started if you are just beginning to journal for the first time or need some quick inspiration. 


Our practice is starts with

an introspection and ends with a reflection.
